It is important to us to provide you with the resources and tools that will make you successful in your work with the BIC. We understand that your success requires that we have provided you with clear expectations of what is expected of you and what you can expect of your supervisor. The Team Policy Handbook is designed to achieve those goals.
Below are the sections of the Team Policy Handbook. If you are a new employee, please read all sections carefully and complete the requested acknowledgement form as found in Appendix 1. All completed forms should be submitted to your supervisor who will add them to your personal file.
